Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each item is crafted to provide you with the highest quality relaxation experience, and we take great care to ensure your satisfaction. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us directly, and we will do everything in our power to resolve them.

No Refund Policy

Our products are specially curated with self-care and luxury in mind, making them non-refundable. Because our items are personalized and intended for individual use, we cannot offer refunds. Nevertheless, we are committed to your happiness and will work with you to address any concerns you may have.

Many of our products contain essential oils and natural ingredients designed for a rejuvenating experience. However, skin sensitivities can vary; please patch-test products on a small area of skin prior to full use. While we use only natural ingredients, those with sensitive skin may experience reactions.
