We’re delighted to announce that Nduljé by Ebony now has a physical location, where our signature beauty and wellness rituals are performed in person, and your favorite products can be picked up with ease.
To ensure your visit is seamless and intentional, all product pickups must be booked and scheduled through our booking app. This allows us to prepare your order with care and have it ready upon arrival.

Shipping Policy
At Nduljé, we are committed to ensuring your order is processed and shipped with the utmost care. Please note the following details regarding our shipping schedule:
Shipping Days: All products are shipped on Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays.
- If you place your order on a Monday, it will be shipped on the following Wednesday.
- If you place your order on a Wednesday, it will be shipped on the following Friday.
- If you place your order on a Friday, it will be shipped on the following Monday.
Address Verification: To ensure the accuracy of your shipping address, please double-check all information during checkout. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages due to incorrect addresses.
Quality Assurance: We prioritize the quality and preparation of your order. This shipping schedule allows us to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Each item is crafted to provide you with the highest quality relaxation experience, and we take great care to ensure your satisfaction. However, if you experience any issues with your order, please reach out to us directly, and we will do everything in our power to resolve them.
No Refund Policy
Our products are specially curated with self-care and luxury in mind, making them non-refundable. Because our items are personalized and intended for individual use, we cannot offer refunds. Nevertheless, we are committed to your happiness and will work with you to address any concerns you may have.
Product Care and Skin Sensitivity
Many of our products contain essential oils and natural ingredients designed for a rejuvenating experience. However, skin sensitivities can vary; please patch-test products on a small area of skin prior to full use. While we use only natural ingredients, those with sensitive skin may experience reactions. Nduljé is not liable for any adverse reactions due to skin sensitivities.
